Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Diril, published by YORQ Studios ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Diril on your devices for lawful personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app or any part of it except as permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property

Diril, including its name, logo, design, code, and content, is owned by YORQ Studios and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Your data

You are responsible for the content you create in the app and for maintaining backups of your data. Diril stores routine data locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of data due to device failure, uninstallation, or user actions.

Purchases and ads

Diril Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play. There is no subscription. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. The free version may show rewarded and native ads from Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.

Disclaimer

Diril is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

Health and wellness

Diril is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Ready-made routines and in-app content are for general wellness and informational purposes only. The full health and wellness disclaimer is available in Settings → About. You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting health-related routines and for any outcomes from using the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YORQ Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Diril, including loss of data or productivity.

Changes

We may update Diril or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Diril at any time by uninstalling the app. We may discontinue or modify the app at our discretion.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
